Order Status:

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on Log In on the upper right-hand corner of the navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.


Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Items marked final sale cannot be returned. All returns or exchanges must be authorized by us prior to returning the merchandise. A Return Authorization number must be requested within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. Footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition, without Post labels. Bathing suits and underwear are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your package for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been processed.

You may contact us by email or phone to make a Return Authorization request. The Return Authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. If you are returning the product because of an error on our part, SHOPBASICO.COM will be happy to supply you with a UPS Return Label. In this case, you would also affix the UPS Return Label on the outside of the box. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of SHOPBASICO.COM.

Local Returns

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Basico Miami store. Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 30 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition.



If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your replacement item is in stock. Once we receive your package we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.



Orders will be processed the next business day and shipped the following business day. Please note: Holidays will cause a one day delay and at this time Saturday delivery is not available.



We can ship your item(s) anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and your shipment’s destination.



Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Despite our best efforts, items on our Site may occasionally be mispriced. SHOPBASICO.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.SHOPBASICO.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made or if the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, SHOPBASICO.COM shall promptly credit the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
